Sosmos began with memories of Istanbul's busy streets where food is warm, quick, and full of character. The scent of grilled meats, lemon squeezed over midye, and soft buns soaked in rich flavour inspired us long before the truck opened.
When we brought Sosmos to Queen Victoria Market, our goal was simple: serve food that feels authentic, comforting, and proudly Turkish while celebrating the incredible local produce in Melbourne.
